We pride ourselves on providing high-quality DJ services for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more. The full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. If this is an issue, have a chat to us.

We will provide a full refund if an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as lockdowns or other unforeseen health reasons , we will provide a full refund, including the deposit.

If you cancel the event prior to 4 weeks of the event, we will refund the full amount. If you cancel the event within the 4 weeks, you will incur a penalty fee of 25% of the full quoted price.

If you do need to cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as you know so we can do our best to make that process as pain free as possible.

The quote will be held for 30 days and once the quote is accepted, there will be no changes in price even if the event is a year in advance. The only reason there will be changes in price is if there are any changes made for the event, such as extra equipment. If you would like to make changes, please liaise with us and we will create a new quote which will need to be signed off.

We understand that circumstances change and it can be outside of your control. As long as the new date is still available and we have enough notice (minimum 2 weeks), we will make it work with no extra fee. Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure the date. This is just so we don’t get people booking dates that are not locked down 100%, which can cause other people to miss out on their dates. We will require the deposit to paid in full when you want to lock the date in. Please note that if the deposit is not paid, you may miss out on the date you would like your booking.

Yes, we can provide microphones for you to use on the night. Let us know your requirements and we will sort it out for you.

For sure. If you have a really good sound system or would like to use the in-venue system, we can cater for that. Just make sure it is up to standard for the capacity of the venue. We may still require a monitoring sound system, as our DJ’s will need to hear the music with no delays from the front of house system.

If you provide your own system, the price will reflect for this. Have a chat to us about what you have planned and we will do our best to accommodate for this.

Of course!! We want you to have the night that you have planned. If you have a band for the ceremony and want our DJ’s to play for the reception, we are totally fine with that. We will work with you in regards to the timing of the night and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Yes, definitely! You can provide your own playlist and we can play those for you. Leave it to us to find the right moment for your tracks!

No, not at all. You leave that to us. We can provide all the music for the night so you don’t have to worry about that. If you would like a specific genre or theme, let us know and we will curate the music that will be needed. If you have specific songs in mind, just liaise with us and we will make sure that we have those songs for the night.

Yes, we will 100% respect the dress code. All our DJ’s dress in formal casual wear but if there is a specific dress code, let us know and we will dress accordingly.

Yes, we can definitely travel outside of Christchurch. This may incur a fee for travel and accommodation but have a chat to us and we will do our best to make this possible.
